Day 01 Arrival In Kathmandu (TIA to Hotel: Approx 30 minutes)

Day 02 Full Day Sightseeing Tour Within Kathmandu
After breakfast set off on a full day sightseeing tour around Kathmandu Valley. You will visit one of the most important Hindu pilgrim sites in Asia and UNESCO World Heritage Sites including: Pashupatinath temple, Guheshwori Mata temple, Budhanilkantha temple (Jal Narayan or Shesh Narayan) and Swayambhunath temple (also known as ‘monkey temple’), if time permits.

Day 03 Fly, Kathmandu To Lhasa Gong Ga Airport-Lhoka City (3650M | 98KM)
Shannan city is located in the south of Lhasa, about 98KM from airport. It is along the riverside of Yarlong Zangpo, also it is the place of origin of Tibetan culture.
There were many historically “first” be born in Tibet. For instance, the first palace “Yongpu Lhakang” , “the first Buddhist monastery which fully equipped by Buddha, Dharma and Sangha” , “the first cropland-Sordang” , “the first village – Yarlong Sorka ” and “the first king – Nyetri Zanpo”.

Day 04 Yumpu Lhakang Palace And Samgye Monastery-Lhasa Sightseeing
At 7:30 am in the morning we will depart from the hotel, and driving toward the Namtso lake, located in Dangshong country in Tibet. Namtso is Tibetan transliteration, it means “the lake in heaven” , in Mangolian it is called "Teng Geri Sea". Namtso lake is one of the three biggest holy lakes in Tibet. The other two are lake Manasarover and lake yamdro. The length from east to west is 70KM, width from south to north is 30KM. The total acreage is1920 square kilometers. It is the largest lake inside Tibet Autonomous Region, second largest salt lake in China, and also the highest altitude large lake in the world.

Day 05 Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple And Parkhor Street Sightseeing
After breakfast, we will depart from the hotel, and driving towards Potala Palace. When you get off the car, you must prepare to accept challenge of climbing u5 over one hundred steps of Potala Palace. Potala Palace initially was built by Tubo King Songzan Ganpo in seven century A.D., but the current scale was enlarged by fifth Dalai Lama during 17th century It has thirteen floors in height, over one thousand rooms, it was divided white and red palace. Right after lunch, you will visit Jokhang temple. It Is the oldest temple in Tibet, was built by King Songzan Gompo in sevennth century A.D. It mainly worships the twelve years Shakyamuni Buddha statue brought by princess Wencheng from capital city Chang An in Tang dynasty.
When you are walking around the Parkhor street, the breeze sweeping over your face, as if is was chanting the love poetry of sixth Dalai Lama Tsangyang Gyaltso, “When I live in Potala Palace I am the biggest king of Tibet, but when I am wandering around the streets of Lhasa, I am the mostfamous poet in the whole world”.

Day 07 Fly, Lhasa To Kathmandu
Early morning, you will be escorted to Gonggar airport. The drive takes about one hour. It is time to say goodbye to our Tibetan staff team and fly back to Kathmandu. In Kathmandu, you will be met by our staff & transferred to hotel. In the evening enjoy your free time.

Day 08 Departure From Kathmandu
Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your flight back home. You should be reporting at the airport check-in counter three hours prior to the departure time.
