Langtang Valley Trek, known to be the trek with a real heart is a well known hiking route in Nepal. This trek provides amazing views of the Himalayas, breathtaking scenery and unique cultural experience. For those with short in time and wish to see the beauty of the Himalayas, Langtang Valley Trek is definitely the one.
A typical Langtang Valley Trek lasts for 7-10 days covering around 60 - 70 Kilometer route. It's a journey through lush forests, traditional Tamang villages and high-altitude meadows that begins in Syabrubesi, which is a small town in the Langtang region. Along the trek, you'll come across varieties of plant and animal species, including Rhododendrons, pine trees, and even the rare red panda.

The highest point of the trek is Kyanjin Gompa, a Buddhist monastery situated at an altitude of 3,870 meters. From here, you can enjoy panoramic views of the Langtang mountain range, including Langtang Lirung (7,227m), Gang Chhenpo (6,388m), and Dorje Lakpa (6,966m).
One of the highlights of the Langtang Valley Trek is the opportunity to immerse yourself in the local culture. The region is inhabited by Tamang and Sherpa communities who have their own unique traditions and lifestyle. You can visit traditional villages, interact with the locals, and learn about their customs and beliefs.
The best time to go on the Langtang Valley Trek is from September to November and from March to May when the weather is favorable and the skies are clear. However, it is also possible to do the trek in other months, but the weather can be unpredictable, and some parts of the trail may be closed due to snow.

Welcome to Kathmandu. You’ll quickly be enthralled and encapsulated by this bustling Himalayan capital. Filled with energetic markets and charismatic street vendors, ancient temples, and peaceful city squares this is a city you won’t forget! You’ll have the afternoon free to explore the city. Your trip leader will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

In the morning, after breakfast, at around 8 am, we host a pre-trip meeting at your hotel in Kathmandu and introduce your trek leader/guide. Please seek this opportunity to ask questions about your trek. For the meeting, please make sure you bring your passport, four copies of passport-size photos, and a readable copy of your travel insurance policy.

After the meeting and a hearty breakfast, your sightseeing trip will start at around 9:30 am. You will have a private vehicle and a professional tour guide at your disposal. We visit Bouddhanath Stupa, one of the biggest Buddhist shrines in the world, where we observe Buddhist monks praying in the monasteries surrounding the stupa. After Bouddhanath Stupa we visit Pasupatinath, the most famous Hindu temple in the country, located on the banks of the holy Bagmati River. Here we see Hindu holy men (sadhus) meditating, pilgrims bathing and occasionally funeral pyres burning on the ghats. We will also visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, which is a collection of pagodas and shikhara–style temples grouped around an ancient royal palace of brick and wood. The attraction of Kathmandu Durbar Square is Kumari, Maju Dega, Jagannath Temple, and The Statue of King Pratap Malla.

The rest of our time in Kathmandu is free for further exploration and some shopping in the Thamel area near you’re hotel. Overnight at a hotel. (Breakfast included)

Today we leave Kathmandu in the morning after breakfast to Shyapurbesi. It is about 7–9-hour drive with spectacular terrace field and mountain view. Shyaprubesi is the conjuction of the Langtang trekking and our trekking begin from here in next morning. We pass several town and village like Trisuli,Kaliksthan, Dhunche and finally we reach in Shyaprubesi.

Today we walk to the Lama Hotel along the langtang River and crossing the several suspension bridge. We walk in the deep Oak and rhododendron forest and today chance to see the some wildlife such as Red panda, Languor and others.Today some place are very narrow trail so we have to walk carefully. We cross the several place such as Pairo, Bamboo, Rimche and finally we reach to Lama Hotel. It is nice and quiet place near the bank of langtang river. Overnight at guesthouse.

After breakfast, we begin on our trip to the Langtang Village. Our trail continues along dense forests. After climbing up continue through the valley, we leave the tree line behind us. On the way, we also enjoy the marvelous views of Langtang Lirung, pass by water mills, prayer wheels and chortens. We several village like Ghode Tabal and Thangsap and finally we reach in Langtang. Langtang was the totally collapse by the massive earthquake at 15 April 2015 but it is already rebuild and ready to service for the tourist.Over night at guesthouse. Today we leave Langtang village and walk through yak meadow. We walk along the large mani wall today with prayers written on them by the Monk. It is believed that the prayers on the mani wall spreads around by blowing winds. We cross several wooden bridges before to reach Kanjin Gompa which is beautifully surrounded by the mighty Himalayas. We can take a walk around the Kanjin Gompa enjoying astounding views of Langtang glaciers, icefalls, birds and yaks. There is a small monastery in Kyanjin Gompa where you can visit in rest time. Overnight at guesthouse. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included)

Early morning, we hike to Kyanging Ri to see the beautiful Himalayan range and trek back to the Lama Hotel. Today only flat and downhill, it will only take us around 5 to 6 hours to reach the Lama hotel. It is a downhill trek through forests and along the beautiful mountain river. Overnight at guesthouse. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included).

Today is the last day of trekking. After breakfast, we trek down to Syabrubensi which will be an almost easy trek through lush green vegetation and along the langtang river. After 4 to 5 hours trekking, we reach to Shyabrubesi for the overnight stay. Overnight at guesthouse. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included).

After breakfast, we drive back to Kathmandu. After arriving in Kathmandu, we take a rest. In the evening we provide fare well dinner in typical Nepali restaurant with culture program. Overnight at hotel. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included)
